2. Information we collect

Information you give us

Contact and quote forms on our website: your name, email address, phone number, company, job title, address, your role (for example developer, builder or homeowner), client details where you are enquiring on behalf of a client, the services you are interested in and any message you send.
Enquiry forms in our adverts on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn: your name, email address, phone number, company, and details about your scheme, such as its size, build stage, location and what your lender requires.
Newsletter sign-up: your email address.
When you use our services: property and site details, drawings, planning references, inspection notes and photographs, certificates and reports, information needed to arrange a structural warranty or Professional Consultant Certificate, and billing information.
When you contact us: records of our emails, calls and messages with you.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website we collect information about your device and how you use the site, such as pages viewed, the website or advert that referred you, approximate location and browser type. We do this using cookies and similar technologies. See section 8.

Information from others

We may receive information about you from lenders, brokers, architects, builders or developers involved in your project, and from Acrisure Eleven Network Ltd and insurers in connection with a structural warranty.

3. How we use your information and our lawful basis

Responding to enquiries and providing quotes: Legitimate interests (responding to people who contact us), or steps taken at your request before entering a contract
Providing our services, including inspections, certificates, reports and snagging inspections: Performance of a contract
Arranging structural warranties with Acrisure Eleven Network Ltd and its insurers: Performance of a contract, and legal and regulatory obligations under the FCA framework

4. Who we share your information with

We only share personal information where it is necessary for the purposes above, or where the law requires it. This may include:

Acrisure Eleven Network Ltd and the insurers and underwriters it works with, to arrange and administer structural warranties and Professional Consultant Certificates.
Inspection partners, where required to carry out inspections in connection with our services.
Lenders, mortgage brokers, solicitors and conveyancers where this is needed for your project or where you ask us to.
Service providers who support our business, including our website platform (Wix), email and office software, our lead management tools (Airtable and Zapier), analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising platforms (Meta and LinkedIn). They act on our instructions.
Professional advisers, such as accountants, lawyers and insurers.
Regulators and authorities, including the Financial Conduct Authority and the Information Commissioner's Office, where we are required to.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers, such as Wix, Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Zapier and Airtable, may process personal information outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, we rely on protections recognised under UK data protection law, such as UK adequacy regulations (including the UK-US data bridge) or the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

6. How long we keep your information

Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 2 years from our last contact with you.
Client and project records, including inspection records, certificates, reports and warranty documentation: 15 years from the date the certificate or warranty is issued, so that records are available for the life of the cover and any claims.
Financial records: at least 6 years, as required by law.
Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Website analytics data: up to 14 months.

After these periods, we securely delete or anonymise the information.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

access the personal information we hold about you;
ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
ask us to delete your information;
ask us to restrict how we use your information;
object to how we use your information, including for direct marketing;
ask us to transfer your information to another organisation, where this applies;
withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

Our services and website are not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
